The tenants’ application is dismissed.
This order incorporates the Tribunal order made on 12 December 2023 under this application.

Reasons

Mr Ellis attended the hearing for the landlords. The tenants did not attend. The tenants’ application is therefore dismissed: sections 78(1)(i) and 92(1) Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
Mr Ellis confirmed at the hearing that the landlords wished to withdraw the remaining claims against the tenants.
On 12 December 2023 the Tribunal made an order relating to this tenancy, for rent arrears to 25 July 2023. The previous order is incorporated into this order.
