- [The tenant/s] must pay Russell Hardie Limited As Agent For Jesstara Limited $1,210.44 immediately, being rent arrears of $1,190.00 to 3 October 2023 and reimbursement of the filing fee of $20.44.
Reasons

- The landlord has applied for rent arrears and reimbursement of the filing fee.
- The landlord has provided rent records which prove the amount owing.
- The tenant advised that she had made a further payment of $640.00 this morning but was unable to email through proof of the payment.
- The tenant explained that she was making extra payments of $20.00 per week to catch up her rent so that she was paying a week in advance as required under her tenancy agreement.
- The landlord explained that she was not seeking termination but needed the tenant to catch up the arrears and that at the rate of $20.00 per week, the tenant will not catch up for seven months.
- It was agreed that the tenant will apply to WINZ for assistance in paying the rent arrears and would continue to make payments of an extra $20.00 a week in the meantime.
- If the landlord finds that she has received the payment the tenant claims to have made this morning, then she will advise the tenant accordingly and the debt will be reduced by this amount.
- Because Russell Hardie Limited As Agent For Jesstara Limited has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
