- [The tenant/s] must pay Team Group Rentals Limited As Agent For Lee And [The landlord/s] $2,793.30 immediately, being outstanding rent arrears to 22 September 2023 when the tenancy ended of $2,772.86, and reimbursement of the filing fee of $20.44.
Reasons
- The landlord attended the hearing by telephone.
- The tenant was telephoned twice and messages were left, but the tenant did not answer.
- The parties agreed at mediation on a termination date and the amount of rent arrears outstanding. Since that date, the landlord has received the refund of the bond as agreed at mediation.
- The landlord has applied for an order for the balance of the rent arrears outstanding under the Mediation Order and has provided rent records which prove the amount owing.
- Because Team Group Rentals Limited As Agent For Lee And [The landlord/s] has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
