Reasons

The landlord attended the hearing.
I adjourned the last hearing so I could keep an eye on the rent arrears. The hearing today was to decide an application for termination because of a breach of the duty to pay rent under section 56 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 (RTA).
The tenants currently owe no rent. Since the last hearing they have paid the arrears and they have paid the weekly rent in full for the last 5 weeks. The landlord withdrew the application for termination.
The tenants were properly notified about the hearing. They did not attend the hearing at the scheduled time, request an adjournment, or notify the Tribunal the matter has settled. Their application is dismissed. See sections 78(1)(i) and 92(1) RTA.
Suppression continues for the landlord. The tenants’ names will be published because orders were made against them last time and because they breached the RTA. See section 95A RTA.
