Reasons

The landlord attended the hearing, the tenant did not.
The landlord sought termination of the tenancy, an order requiring Jodeen Loew to permit the landlord entry to the premises for the purposes of a routine inspection and reimbursement of the filing fee.
The landlord asked to withdraw the application for rent arrears as she had some concerns about the accuracy of the amounts involved.
Jodeen Loew has refused to permit the landlord to enter the premises for the purposes of a routine inspection since May 2023.
This is a breach of clause 7.4 of the tenancy agreement.
