- Mere Miki must pay [The landlord/s] $1,705.16, calculated as shown in table below.
- The tenant must pay the debt in order 2 at the rate of $70.00 per week.
- The first payment must be made on Thursday 15 February 2024 and payments must continue every Thursday until the debt is paid in full.
- If the tenant fails to make any payment within 2 working days of the due date, the balance of the debt owing will be payable immediately and can be enforced through the District Court.

- I add the filing fee for the previous application and for this application.
- This makes the total owing $1,705.16.
- The parties came to an agreement today that the tenant will make payments towards the debt of $70.00 per week, every Thursday, starting this week. If these payments are made, this will avoid extra collection costs. If any payment is more than 2 days late, the landlord can lodge the debt for formal court collection.
- The landlord has applied for and is entitled to, as the successful party, suppression of name from publication.
