- The tenant is to pay the landlord $1,125.82 immediately being arrears of water rates of $1,105.38 and reimbursement of the filing fee.

- Both parties attended the hearing by telephone.
- The landlord provided its records showing the amount outstanding by the tenant in water rates. The tenant accepted the amount outstanding.
- The tenant has agreed to make payment of the amount outstanding by increasing his payments from $650.00 per week to $700.00 per week so that the additional $50.00 is applied to the arrears.
- The tenant also confirmed that he would make payment of future water rates on time so that the arrears did not increase.
- Because 360 Property Management Limited has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
