- [The tenant/s] must pay Eves Realty Limited As Agent For Simon & Melaia Naiqiso $289.42 immediately, being rent arrears to 28 November 2023 of $268.98 and the application filing fee of $20.44.
Reasons
- The landlord attended the hearing, set down to be conducted via video. Neither party joined and calls to both parties were made. The call to the landlord was answered. The call to the tenant went unanswered and to voicemail. I was satisfied adequate service had completed and I continued with the hearing after the call went unanswered.
- The landlord has applied for rent arrears after the end of that agency as the property was sold and the tenancy continued with the new owner. The landlord has provided rent records which prove the amount owing at this time was $268.98. Application filing fee
- Because Eves Realty Limited As Agent For Simon & Melaia Naiqiso has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
