Order
- The tenant owes the landlord $410.73 in compensation (“the debt’).
- The tenant shall pay the debt by four weekly instalments of $100.00 and one instalment of $10.73. The first instalment is payable this Wednesday 27 March 2024.
- If the tenant fails to pay the debt by the instalments within two working days of the dates referred to in paragraph 2, the landlord may enforce this order as monetary order under section 78(1)(d) RTA.
Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing by telephone.
- The tenant accepted the amount owing to the landlord and had agreed with the landlord a method of regular payments.
