Reasons

Both parties attended the hearing.
This is a boarding house tenancy.
The tenant sought termination of the tenancy of two other tenants for breach of her quiet enjoyment.
In response the landlord asked for termination of the tenancy for the breach of other tenants’ quiet enjoyment.
After hearing extensive submissions from both the tenant and landlord and five witnesses the parties agreed that the tenancy would end on 8/5/2024.
An Order by consent has been made to reflect the termination agreement.
In addition, the parties agreed that the landlord would help the tenant to remove her belongings from the premises to a new tenancy.
Suppression is granted to both parties under section 95A as I consider it is in the public interest to do so.
