- [The tenant/s] owes Visions Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust $398.57 (“the debt”) being rent arrears to 8 May 2024.
- [The tenant/s] must pay rent and the debt as follows: a. By 7 weekly payments of $515.00, being $465.00 for rent and $50.00 for the debt. b. A final payment of $513.57, being $465.00 for rent and $48.57 for the debt. c. Payments will be every Thursday, with the first payment on 23/05/2024 and continuing until 11/07/2024.
- Payments will be allocated in the following order: rent, and rent arrears.
- If the tenant fails to pay rent and rent arrears within 2 working days of the due dates the balance of the debt will be payable immediately.
