By consent, the tenancy of [The tenant/s] at [Tenancy address suppressed] is terminated, and possession is granted to [The landlord/s], at 11.59pm on Friday 21 June 2024 PROVIDED HOWEVER that the landlord may apply to have the application urgently recalled if there is another incident of anti-social behaviour before 21 June 2024.
The application for exemplary damages is withdrawn.

Reasons

Both parties attended the hearing.
The landlord applied to terminate the tenancy for 3 separate incidents of anti- social behaviour by the tenants within 90 days.
Today, the parties agreed to end the tenancy. I have made a termination order by consent.
I have granted the landlord possession on 21 June 2024. However, the landlord may apply to have the application urgently recalled if there is another incident on anti-social behaviour that meets the threshold for termination between the date of this order and 21 June 2024. If that happens, I will conduct a hearing by phone. The Tribunal might then bring forward the possession date.
The landlord withdrew an application for exemplary damages.
I make no award of the filing fee as the order is by consent.
The Tribunal grants both parties name suppression as the order is by consent.
