Order
- Vladimir Pia owes [The landlord/s] $14,639.29 for rent arrears to 19 September 2024 and the filing fee of $20.44, totalling $14,639.29 (“the debt”).
- Vladimir Pia must pay rent and the debt as follows: a. By 287 weekly payments of $487.00, being $437.00 for rent and $50.00 for the debt. b. A final payment of $450.29, being $437.00 for rent and $13.29 for the debt. c. Payments will be every Thursday, with the first payment on 26/09/2024 and continuing until 28/03/2030.

- The landlord attended the hearing. The tenant did not attend the hearing but was served with notice of the hearing to the telephone number in the application form and ending in 885.
- The landlord has applied for rent arrears and has provided rent records which prove the amount owing of $14,618.85 through to 19 September 2024.
- The landlord has also provided evidence of consistently attempting to engage with the tenant on rent arrears, including issuing 3 separate notices within a 90- day period for rent in arrears. Termination of the tenancy was discussed but not sought at the hearing today.
