- [The tenant/s] owes Kapiti Coast Property Management Limited and Kirniya Zarafat $592.09 being rent for the period ending 13 November 2024 ($565.09) plus the Tribunal application fee ($27.00) (“the debt”).
- [The tenant/s] must pay rent and the debt as follows: a. By 11 weekly payments of $520.00, being $470.00 for rent and $50.00 for the debt. b. A final payment of $512.09, being $470.00 for rent and $42.09 for the debt. c. Payments will be every Thursday, with the first payment of $520.00 due on 21 November 2024 and continuing until 06 February 2025. d. The next payment of normal rent ($470.00) is due tomorrow, 14 November 2024.
- Payments will be allocated in the following order: rent, rent arrears, and the filing fee.
- If the tenant fails to pay rent and the debt within 2 working days of the due dates the balance of the debt will be payable immediately.
