No orders can or will be made in favour of the landlord on the removal of the tenant’s items in the circumstances.
As for as the landlord’s present application before the Tenancy Tribunal, I hereby make the requested order that the landlord may retake possession of the premises following termination of the tenancy by notice.
As indicated by the landlord on the application form, “further application to be processed once the property is vacated, regarding cleaning/repairing the property and deducting costs from the bond”.
It is in order for the landlord to resubmit a fresh application for vacated costs, including cleaning, rubbish removal, damages and for the bond to be refunded, upon supplying invoices, photos and proof of the amounts claimed.
