Order
under this NZTT number issued on 14 November 2024 contained an error. The error was that the cost for replacement lightbulbs was recorded as $162.76. The correct amount for replacement lightbulbs is $62.76. Because of this, the totals included in the Order were also incorrect: [The landlord/s] was to receive $362.05 of the bond, and [The tenant/s] was to receive $2,517.95 of the bond.
- The correct amounts are now recorded at paragraph 1 of this Corrigendum. Nothing else from the original Order is changed.
- An amended Bond Refund Form is issued with this Corrigendum. If the bond has already been released, the parties are directed to reconcile the amounts themselves to accord with these corrected totals. C Lamdin 14 November 2024
