Order
- The tenant owes the landlord $11,208.00 (“the debt”).
- The tenant will pay rent and the debt as follows: a. By 110 weekly payments of $453.00, being $353.00 for rent and $100.00 for the debt. b. A final payment of $373.00, being $353.00 for rent and $20.00 for the debt. c. If the rent changes, Samantha will continue to pay $100.00 more per week for the debt. d. Payments will be every Thursday, with the first payment on 07/11/2024 and continuing until 17/12/2026.
- Payments will be allocated in the following order: rent, rent arrears, and the filing fee.
- If Samantha fails to pay rent and rent arrears within 2 working days of the due dates: a. The tenancy at [Tenancy address suppressed] will terminate and the landlord will have immediate possession of the premises. b. The balance of the debt will be payable immediately.
