- The Bond Centre is to pay $421.29 from the bond of $1,840.00 (3570253-018) to Russell Hardie Limited As Agent For Rocksolid Trust immediately.
- The balance of the bond of $1,418.71 is to remain at the Bond Centre.
Reasons
- The landlord attended the hearing, conducted via video. The neither party joined. Calls out were made and the landlord answered. The call to the tenant went unanswered. I was satisfied adequate service had completed and I continued with the hearing after the call went unanswered.
- The landlord has applied for rent arrears and has provided rent records which prove the amount owing. The tenancy ended 14 January 2025 via tenant notice.
- The exit inspection is yet to complete so the balance of the bond is to remain at the Bond Centre for now.
- Because Russell Hardie Limited As Agent For Rocksolid Trust has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
