Reasons
- One tenant did not attend the hearing.
- The landlord has applied for termination of the tenancy, rent arrears and refund of the bond. The tenants want to repay the debt to avoid immediate termination. The landlord has agreed. Filing Fee
- Because the landlord has been successful with the claim the filing fee of $27.00 is ordered to be paid by the tenants. Suppression
- The Tribunal may, on its own initiative, having regard to the interests of the parties and to the public interest, order that all or part of the evidence given or the name or any identifying particulars of any witness or party not be published. (s.95A(4). The circumstances in this warrant the suppression of all parties’ names and identifying details.
