Order
- The Tribunal orders suppression of the parties’ names and identifying details.
- The parties reached agreement prior to the hearing. They agree that: a. The tenant owes the landlord $1,159.50 and b. This amount will be paid by payments of $40.00 per week. c. The first payment will be on or before Thursday, 29 May 2025 and then every Thursday after that until the full amount is paid.
- If the tenant fails to pay $40.00 within 2 working days of the due date the balance of the debt will be payable immediately. Suppression
- The Tribunal may, on its own initiative, having regard to the interests of the parties and to the public interest, order that the evidence given or the name or any identifying particulars of any party not be published.
