Reasons
- Only the landlord attended the hearing.
- The landlord has applied for rent arrears and has provided rent records which prove the amount owing. This was a fixed term tenancy which the tenant was released from. The tenant is obliged to continue to pay rent until the new tenant takes possession.
- Because Barfoot & Thompson Limited - As Agent For Bray Family Trust has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
