The Tribunal orders suppression of the names and identifying details of both parties.
[The landlord/s] is granted possession of the premises at [Tenancy address suppressed]at 11.59pm on Wednesday 23 April 2025.
The tenant’s application is withdrawn.

Reasons

Both parties attended the hearing.
The landlord has applied for possession of the premises following the termination of the tenancy by notice dated 11 March 2025.
The parties agreed that the tenant will vacate the tenancy by 23 April 2025. As that is within a 90-day period of the termination of the tenancy the requirements of section 64(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 are satisfied.
The parties further agreed that the tenant may vacate any time before 23 April 2025 without any on-going rent liability, but she will give the landlord 24 hours’ notice if she vacates earlier.
The tenant has applied for compensation and/or exemplary damages for alleged landlord breaches. As most of the alleged breaches were before this landlord started managing the tenancy and relate to her former landlord the tenant elected to withdraw her application.
Because the order is by consent, akin to an agreement reached at mediation, which is confidential, I have suppressed the names and identifying details of both parties.
The bond will remain at the Bond Centre until the end of the tenancy.
