- The application is dismissed.
Reasons
- This matter was in front of me today for hearing to commence at 9.30am. Mr Lu and Mr Zhang attended for the landlord.
- The tenant was supposed to attend via AVL link. An AVL link was sent to the tenant by email. The tribunal kept the meeting open until 10.20am to allow the tenant to attend.
- The tenant was also called on both numbers in the application.
- As the tenant did not attend by AVL or by phone and did not request an adjournment, then she has not proven her claim and the application is dismissed.
