- The Bond Centre is to pay the bond of $2,720.00 (BN-00073953) to [The landlord/s] and [The landlord/s] immediately.

Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing via video conference.
- The landlord has applied for termination of the tenancy, rent arrears and refund of the bond.
- Rent was at least 21 days in arrears on the date the application was filed. The tenancy is terminated, and possession is granted to the landlord at 5:00 pm on Wednesday 13 August 2025. See section 55(1)(a) Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
- The landlord provided rent records which prove the amount owing at the end of the tenancy.
- I order the tenant to pay the landlord $4,260.00 for rent arrears.
