The parties agree that payment of the bond as set out in order 2 above is in full and final settlement of all claims arising out of the tenancy at 349 Marshmans Road, Ashley, Rangiora.

Reasons

Both parties attended the hearing and agreed to the terms of orders 2 and 3 above.
Because the order is by consent, akin to an agreement reached at mediation which is confidential, I have suppressed the names and identifying details of both parties.
