- The landlord was called but was unable to attend due to a family illness.
- The tenants have applied for refund of the bond, rent refund, and exemplary damages.
- The landlord has indicated in correspondence that she has no objection to the bond being returned to the tenants and she made attempts to do so some months ago. It appears there has been some confusion due to a change of tenants over the years, but the Bond Centre was not updated.
