Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing.
- The tenancy concluded in June 2025. The landlord waived any and all claims arising from the tenancy, except for the following amounts sought to be deducted from the bond: a. $507.00 for unpaid volumetric water charges incurred between September 2024 and March 2025; and b. $28.00 as reimbursement for the application filing fee.
