- The landlord has applied for rent arrears and has provided rent records which prove the amount owing.
- The tenant said WINZ had made payments to clear the arrears and WINZ had advised her nothing further was due, but it does appear there was still an amount of $976.57 owed according to the landlord’s records.
- The tenant and landlord agreed that the bond of $924.00 still held at the Bond Centre would be transferred to the landlord and they would credit the remaining rent owing.
- The tenant therefore owes no further money to the landlord.
- Because [The landlord/s] has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
