- The hearing took place on 03 November 2025 via video conference. Ms Lloyd attended the hearing for the landlord. The tenant did not attend the hearing. Several attempts were made to contact the tenant on the telephone numbers provided. However, those attempts were unsuccessful.
- As the tenant did not attend the hearing at the scheduled time, request an adjournment, or notify the Tribunal the matter has settled, the tenant’s application is dismissed. (See sections 78(1)(i) and 92(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.)
