Order

Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing. The male landlord appeared by telephone and confirmed he also acted for his wife. The male tenant appeared in person and confirmed he also acted for his wife.
- The landlords instructed the Tribunal to refund the full bond to the tenants without deduction, by the consent of both parties.
