- On 16 December 2025 Tenancy Services wrote to the tenant: a. Noting that additional information had been added to the application; and b. Identifying that insufficient time had been allocated to the hearing on 29 January 2026 to address the additional claims; and c. Asking the tenant to “confirm whether you wish to reschedule to a new time or keep the current date to have the original claims and additional claims be scheduled to a different date.”
