Reasons

Only the landlord attended the hearing. The landlord said the tenant had said she would not be attending.
The landlord issued a 90 day notice which has expired and is seeking possessions. The tenant has had a baby however and the landlord is willing to extend the possession date to that ordered above. The landlord, whose evidence I accept, says that this has been agreed.
The grounds for possession are made out.
The landlord is entitled to the filing fee since they have been successful and the landlord is also awarded name suppressions, being the successful party.
