Order
- Trevor Edward Stockdale owes Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities $704.00 for rent arrears due to the end of yesterday.
- Trevor Edward Stockdale must pay rent and the rent arrears as follows: a. By 70 weekly payments of $100.00, being $90.00 for rent and $10.00 for the rent arrears. b. A final payment of $94.00, being $90.00 for rent and $4.00 for the rent arrears. c.Payments will be every Thursday, with the first payment on 05/02/2026 and continuing until 10/06/2027.
