- The Tribunal is satisfied that the tenants have agreed to the following to pay the debt. a. The tenants must pay the landlords $5,377.35 b. The $5,377.35 is to be paid by 11 payments of $488.85. c. The next payment of $488.85 is to be on today and then every Wednesday after today until the $5,377.35 is paid.
- Default in any payment results in the total outstanding being recoverable immediately by enforcement.
