Reasons
- The landlord attended the hearing which was held remotely by video. The tenant did not attend.
- The landlord has applied for termination, rent arrears, compensation, refund of the bond, and reimbursement of the filing fee following the end of the tenancy. At the hearing the landlord advised that the tenancy terminated on 4 March 2026 and that part of the claim was withdrawn.
- The landlord provided rent records ces which prove the amount owing at the end of the tenancy
- The landlord made a one-party application for reimbursement of the bond to the Bond Centre. Under that application the bind was refunded to the landlord’s nominated account on 9 April 2026. Therefore the landlord already has received the bond. Other matters
