- The matter was scheduled for hearing before me by way of videoconference.
- The Applicant property manager, Ms Roberts, did not attend the hearing.
- I made several attempts to contact Ms Roberts: a. Three calls were made to her telephone number ending in 1498. A voicemail message was left on the final attempt. b. One call was made to her alternate telephone number ending in 9682. No contact was made, and no voicemail message was left.
- Ms Nicholas attended the hearing by teleconference. She advised that her mother, the co-tenant, Ms Cuthers, was unable to attend as she was at work.
- Ms Nicholas stated that the rent arrears forming the basis of the application have now been paid in full.
- The applicant did not attend the hearing at the scheduled time, request an adjournment, or notify the Tribunal the matter has settled. See sections 78(1)(i) and 92(1) Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
