- The Tribunal made an interim order on 21/5/2026 refunding part of the bond as follows: a. $300.00 to one tenant, b. $280.00 to the landlord on behalf of one tenant, c. $400.00 to be held pending further evidence.
- I am satisfied from the evidence that one tenant paid a bond of $400.00 to another tenant and is therefore entitled to a refund of the $400.00 being held by the Bond Centre.
- Suppression is granted to all parties pursuant to section 95A because I consider in the circumstances of this case that it is in their interests to do so, and they all agreed on the payments.
