Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing. Ms Kim attended on behalf of both tenants.
- The landlord has applied for rent arrears and has provided rent records from 31 March 2025 to 3 May 2026 (with rent usually paid on Wednesdays). The tenancy commenced in 2016, therefore a full rent summary has not been provided however the tenant agreed that the landlord’s claim for rent arrears was accurate.
- The landlord had applied for termination of the tenancy, however withdrew this claim at the hearing.
