- The landlord can dispose of the goods left at the premises. The landlord agreed that the tenant’s car can stay in the car park until the property administrator is appointed and can legally move the car.
- The recommend property administrator will return the keys to the landlord by Monday 20 April 2026.
- I have used my discretion to allow suppression. Section 95A RTA provides that the Tribunal may, on the application of any party to proceedings or on its own initiative, order that the name of a party not be published, having regard to the interests of the parties and to the public interest.
