- The Bond Centre is to pay $1,468.00 being rent arrears to 1 May 2026 of $1,440.00 and reimbursement of the filing fee of $28.00 from the bond (BN- 25121547) to Lodge City Rentals Limited As Agent For 23 Fifth Trust immediately.
- The balance of the bond is to be retained.
