Order

- The parties reached the following agreement: a. [The tenants] owe [The landlord] $3,728.00, being $3,700.00 for rent to 14 September 2026 and the filing fee of $28.00. b. The parties agreed that, provided the rent of $620.00 per week and an additional $100.00 per week for arrears is paid each week, the tenancy will continue. c. The next payment of rent and arrears is due on Wednesday. 16 September 2026. d. Payments of $720.00 will be made every Wednesday until the arrears are paid in full. e. If $720.00 is not paid within 2 working days of the due dates the tenancy at [Tenancy address suppressed] will terminate and the landlord will have immediate possession of the premises and any rent and rent arrears and filing fee outstanding will be payable immediately. Note: The Tribunal may, on its own initiative, having regard to the interests of the parties and to the public interest, order that all or part of the evidence given or the name or any identifying particulars of any witness or party not be published s.95A(4).
