- The landlord attended the hearing via videoconference. The tenant did not.
- The landlord has applied for termination of the tenancy, rent arrears and refund of the bond.
- The landlord had already given notice to terminate the tenancy in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986. In addition to that, the tenant was in breach of a mediated order from 21 April 2026. Rent was also at least 21 days in arrears on the date this application was filed.
