Ms Cook disputed the body corporate’s charges to her for methamphetamine sampling, testing, analysis, and decontamination after the discovery of high levels of methamphetamine contamination of her unit, sought compensation for damage to her unit caused by decontamination, claimed for loss of rental income, and sought reimbursement for legal fees.
During the hearing, the parties resolved all matters between them by agreement as set out in the consent order above.
