- Body Corporate 91342 is to pay the sum of $19,828.70 to [The party] and [The party] immediately, on the following basis: a. Ms Bullock to receive $3,553.95 b. Mr Haughey to receive $16,274.75
Reasons
- On 20 June 2025 the Tribunal issued an order following the cancellation of the unit plan. The order in effect dealt with the disbursement of the remaining funds in the Body Corporate account.
- Following an application for rehearing, a rehearing was approved only to consider the calculation applied by the Tribunal in that 20 June 2025 order. The Tribunal recognised that the calculations had not been sufficiently considered at the hearing.
- At a video hearing this afternoon, the parties agreed on what the disbursement of funds should be, which is as set out above. Accordingly, the Tribunal makes the order as per the parties’ agreement.
