- Both parties attended the hearing on 30 January 2025. Both parties were represented by counsel: Ben Thomson for the applicant and Patrick Mulligan for the respondent.
- An adjournment of the initial hearing was granted pending the respondent’s application to the Queenstown Lakes District Council (‘QLDC’) in respect of historical works on/near the rock face which involved cutting of part of the retaining wall on the eastern section of the respondent’s unit complained of by the applicant in these proceedings.
- The parties have now settled the matters that are the subject of the application.
