GIVING DIRECTIONS

Body Corporate 343200 is joined as a respondent party to these proceedings and must be served accordingly.
By 22 July 2026, the applicants must file and serve: a. their amended application; and b. the evidence to be relied on in in support of their application.
By 19 August 2026, each of the respondents must file and serve: a. a synopsis of their response to the application; and b. the evidence to be relied on in in support of their response.
By 26 August 2026, the applicant may file any reply evidence, only in reply to matters raised in response.
If before 26 August 2026 any party considers that further or other pre-hearing directions are required, they may file a memorandum setting out what directions are sought and why. The memorandum should be referred to me to consider whether a further case conference should be arranged.
Evidence filed by any party must include a statement/ report from any witnesses to be called.
The matter should be allocated a day’s hearing, in person at the Napier District Court as soon as convenient on or after 9 September 2026.
