Order
- Lily Li must pay [The tenant/s] the sum of $2,000.44 immediately.
Reasons
- Earlier today I convened a hearing where [The tenant/s] was seeking orders against the landlord Lily Li. I had intended to order the landlord to refund the bond and filing fee to the tenant. However there was a drafting error on the order, where I ordered the tenant to pay that sum to the landlord, which of course was incorrect.
- Accordingly this is an amended order which is to apply, and correctly orders the money to be paid by the landlord to the tenant.
- I apologise for any inconvenience that arises from the drafting error.
- Otherwise the reasons in the earlier order remain unchanged.
