- [The tenant/s] owes Kāinga Ora–Homes And Communities $7,298.00 (“the debt”) being rent arrears to 5 June 2024.
- [The tenant/s] must pay current rent and the debt as follows: a. By weekly payments of $250.00, being $177.00 for rent and $73.00 for the debt. b. Payments will be every Thursday, with the first payment on 06/06/2024 and continuing until the debt is paid in full.
- Payments will be allocated in the following order: current rent and then rent arrears.
- If the tenant fails to make any payment within 2 working days of the due date, the balance of the debt owing will be payable immediately and can be enforced through the District Court.
