Order
- [The tenant/s] owes Kāinga Ora–Homes And Communities $20,889.00, being rent arrears to 27 June 2024.
- The tenant agrees to make payments to Kāinga Ora–Homes And Communities to pay off the debt in order 2 by fortnightly payments of $1,154.00, being $1,114.00 for current rent and $40.00 for the rent arrears. These payments have already begun and will continue to be paid fortnightly on or before every second Friday until the rent arrears are paid in full.
- All money paid will go first to current rent and then to rent arrears.
- If the tenant fails to make any payment within 2 working days of the due date, the balance of the debt owing will be payable immediately and can be enforced through the District Court.
Reasons
