Order
- [The tenant/s] and [The tenant/s] owe Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities $2,255.00, being rent arrears to 6 September 2024 (“the debt”).
- [The tenant/s] and [The tenant/s] agree to pay the debt by making payments of a minimum of $20.00 per week in addition to the current weekly rent of $348.00 per week.
- The first payment of a minimum of $368.00 is due on Thursday 12 September 2024. Payments of a minimum of $368.00 per week will continue every week, no later than Thursday each week, until the debt is paid.
- Payments will be allocated in the following order: rent, then rent arrears.
- If the tenant fails to pay rent and rent arrears within 1 working day of the due dates: a. The tenancy at 41 Charnwood Crescent, Bishopdale, Christchurch 8051 will terminate and the landlord will have immediate possession of the premises. b. The balance of the debt will be payable immediately.

- Mrs Fuata understood that if these payments are not made, Kāinga Ora could terminate the tenancy.
